Andrew Nothstine works primarily with the firm's private development clients. He has become one of the firm's affordable housing experts, and recently published a widely distributed report, New Directions in Affordable Housing. He has delivered presentations to a number of local organizations on the topic, and is currently helping multiple clients draft innovative affordable/workforce housing strategies. Prior to joining Glatting Jackson in 2005, Andrew was a Presidential Management Fellow with the Federal Transit Administration in Washington, D.C. He has also worked as an Associate Director of the National Young Leaders Conference, a field director for a political campaign and on Capitol Hill. Andrew has a Masters in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was awarded the AICP Outstanding Student Award.
