Clark Hull   
Director of Environmental Resource Permitting, SWFWMD

Clark Hull is Director of the Environmental Resource Permitting Program at Southwest Florida Water Management District. He has a B.A. in Biology and an M.S. in Zoology from the University of South Florida and an M.B.A. from St. Leo University. He has been with SWFWMD for more than 20 years and is responsible for rule writing, policy development, litigation support and technical consistency within the ERP and Sovereign Submerged Lands programs.
