Tracy Finch has spent more than 15 years in Charlotte, NC and has more than 10 years experience in diverse aspects of real estate development. Her primary focus has been promoting mass transit and fostering the urban development that supports Charlotte's transit corridors. She has worked extensively in the public sector to help the development community overcome barriers related to mixed use development. Her work has been recognized in Governing Magazine, the Charlotte Business Journal, and USA Today.
Finch has taken a proactive approach to promoting transit oriented development (TOD). As the Transit Station Area Development Coordinator for the City of Charlotte, she led a team through the City's first public/private TOD project, facilitated infrastructure improvements to enhance economic development potential in the transit corridors, and worked extensively with private developers and development associations to understand their needs and successfully address concerns. With her vast network and team approach she has been able to improve development opportunities in transit corridors.
